Halter Financial Group Completes China Golden Elephant Glass Technology, Inc. Reverse Merger

Dallas, Texas, March 31, 2008 – Halter Financial Group consulted on a reverse merger transaction between Nevstar Corporation, a public shell corporation controlled by HFG, and China Golden Elephant Glass Technology, Inc., a PRC company. The company, through its wholly-owned PRC subsidiary, manufactures and distributes float glasses in the PRC. Following the close of the reverse merger transaction, Nevestar Corporation changed its name to China Golden Elehpant Glass Technology, Inc., and its stock is now traded on the OTCBB under the symbol GEOG.OB.
