Marat Rosenberg is the Managing Director at Halter Financial Group and the Halter USX China Index, and serves on the Board of several companies. He has extensive experience in reverse mergers and corporate finance, and frequently appears as a speaker at conferences and in the media. Previously, Mr. Rosenberg founded the New York operations for AllAdvantage.com, where he focused on the company’s financial services and e-commerce business development. Prior to that, he was an AVP with Citigroup Asset Management’s Institutional Sales Group. Rosenberg began his career as a Management Consultant in Andersen Consulting’s Strategy Practice, specializing in financial services and high tech clients. He received a BA in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
George L. Diamond, General Counsel

Mr. Diamond is general counsel for Halter Financial Group as well as Senior Counsel at Jackson Walker, LLP in the Transactions Section. He has over a decade of experience in corporate and securities laws matters, public and private financings, and complex contract negotiations, including preparation of registration statements, proxy statements and related SEC, Blue Sky and NASD compliance documents. Mr. Diamond earned both his B.A. Degree, cum laude, and his J.D. degree from Southern Methodist University in 1991 and is a member of the State Bar of Texas, Dallas Bar Association and American Bar Association.
Laurence D. King, CPA, CFE Managing Director

Mr. King has over 28 years of accounting and consulting experience with emphasis on SEC reporting, reverse mergers and IPOs, compensation planning, mergers and acquisitions, financing, internal controls and forensic accounting. Mr. King has been engaged in a significant number of reverse merger transactions. Mr. King received his Bachelor of Science degree from Babson College, double majoring in accounting and operations research.
